It’s all about
quality, quality and
QUALITY:

From the manufacture of small specialised parts to facilities weighing many tonnes.

Our success is based on three factors. First: the quality of the correctly chosen material. Second: the quality of the technology, process and machines used. And third: the high quality skills of our employees.

Manufacturing in Westerwald forest according to global standards

The manufacture of our custom-made structures is carried out according to internationally valid test standards and norms (DIN, EN, ASME, ISO, IBR, Ansi and BS). Every piece that leaves our workshop fulfils the most stringent quality demands as set down by leading testing institutions such as Lloyds-Register, TÜV and Metallzert. That way you can be sure that the structures, containers, machines and pipelines that we have built according to your specifications are not just unique, but also of uniquely high quality. Which heightens the safety of people and machines.

Our skills are officially documented by the highest authorities.

Our custom-made structures are highly valued by our industrial clients around the world. But not just by them. Numerous certificates officially qualify us to carry out the manufacture, delivery and on-site assembly of our custom-made stainless steel structures in many different industries and places – both nationally and abroad.

This is the certification that says that our company fulfils the necessary technical welding prerequisites for the manufacture of pressurised equipment as set down in the pressure equipment directive 97/23/EG.

DIN EN ISO 3834

ISO 3834 sets down the quality demands that the manufacturers of fusion-welded components have to meet. It includes welding carried out in series production, one-off production, repair work and assembly.

Directive 97/23/EG for Module A1

This directive applies to the design, manufacture and assessment of conformity for pressure equipment and assemblies with a maximum allowable pressure greater than 0.5 bars. Pressure equipment includes: containers, pipes, components with a safety function and pressure maintaining components.

Welding licence according to DIN EN 1090

The standards series DIN EN 1090 1 – 3 was compiled in the course of European harmonisation and lays down the rules for the execution of steel and aluminium support structures.

Agreement on the proper restamping of materials for systems requiring obligatory monitoring
